Project Team: SAA - Building Planning, Architect of Record and Interior Architecture & Design
This thirteen-story building is being converted from office use to condominium and retail space; It was completed in the spring of 2009.
SAA’s work includes pre-analysis and zoning studies, full architectural services, and interior design services. The project was being developed as high-end market homes with a variety of unit sizes, penthouse units with roof access, and building amenities that included storage facilities and a roof deck.
