This unique condominium building is one of three that occupies an east river sight in Williamsburg just across from Manhattan. The Toll Brothers / RD management development is a mixed-use LEED certified project. This is the second collaboration SAA and FX Fowle has worked on in NY in the last year.
SAA conceived of the interior design and specified all interior finishes, and fine tuned kitchen and bath layouts. The clear glass façade opens to superb views, setting a tone for the clean modern design, however the warm finishes and quality materials and appliance package set the project apart from the competition.
Alton provided custom detailing for lighting and cabinetry, and developed a rich palette of walnut floors, unique marble counters, and custom architectural detailing throughout the project. Our package included all unit finishes, and the kitchen and bath appliances. We designed public areas to complement the sophisticated and modern approach of the building and units.
