Project Type: Feasibility Study for mid-town New Construction - mixed-use codominium and rental apartment buildings with retail and parking
Studies included various approaches to the development of two adjoining through-block properties totaling 42,000 square feet. The proposed program consisted of condominiums, apartments, retail, and parking. The impact of incentive and inclusionary housing and parking in various scenarios were developed. As of right proposals as well as variance proposals were explored. The local building context, demographics, and historic precedents were included in the study. Studies included text, photographs, models, and diagrams.
