Project Type: Peer review for mid-town-west new construction - mixed-use condominium and rental apartment buildings with theatres, a dance studio, and retail tenants
In its expanding architectural and interior design role, SAA was contracted by Archstone Smith during the acquisition phase to review the project. General and specific recommendations were made to the Client regarding exterior massing and fenestration, interior planning, use of materials in all areas, and programming and overall design strategy. Although proposed changes were incorporated into the project, SAA continued to work with the Project Team in setting direction and refining the design.
