The work included façade design and interior programming and design studies. Through-wall HVAC systems were studied to best reduce the "patchwork" look of this cost effective system without destroying the desired "clean and banded" facade. Finishes were explored that expressed a modern and warm residential environment. Proposed amenities included a lap swimming pool, child's play area, and health facility.
